Which Links Are Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on Teleporio™ include links to Ferryhopper for ferry bookings, Booking.com for accommodation, GetYourGuide for tours and activities, and selected travel insurance providers. Where affiliate links appear in route guides, island profiles, or blog content, they are intended to point you to the most relevant, highest-quality booking source for that specific product — not to maximise our affiliate revenue at the expense of your experience.

Not all links on Teleporio™ are affiliate links. Links to official ferry operator websites, Greek government tourism resources, port authority pages, and our sister platforms (Ride Green Greece and Closeups.live) are provided for editorial or reference purposes with no commercial relationship.

How Affiliate Revenue Is Used

Affiliate commissions fund the research, writing, and maintenance of Teleporio™ content and platform features. The Beaufort modelling, route scoring, and island intelligence that the platform provides is resource-intensive to produce accurately — affiliate revenue is the primary mechanism that makes it sustainable.

Does Affiliate Status Affect Our Recommendations?

No. Our route comparisons, Teleporio Score™ calculations, and editorial recommendations are based on objective criteria: time, cost, sea conditions, and schedule reliability. A route that scores poorly on these criteria is scored poorly in our system regardless of whether we have an affiliate relationship with the operator. Routes and accommodations are not promoted because of affiliate arrangements.
